Clean water is important and should be cleaned every 7 days or less.

My plant has powdery mildew. How do I get rid of it?

Powdery mildew is a systemic disease. Once the plant is contaminated it is difficult to completely cure it. You can use products like Lost Coast Plant Therapy, Green Cleaner, Flying Skull Nuke Em®, Ninja GoldFish to stop the spread of the mildew to other plants.

My plant leaves are drooping. What is the issue?

Roots need oxygen and when you overwater your plants you drown out the roots causing root rot which might be causing the leaves to droop.

Can I switch mid bloom to a different nutrient company?

Yes, you can switch at any time. It would be recommended to switch after a flush or a pure water application.

My plants are curling up on the fan leaves.
Upward curling is a sign of heat stress.
How many hours should the light be on for the vegetative cycle?
You could either do a full 24-hour light cycle or 18 hours on and 6 hours off.
How many hours should the light be on for a bloom cycle?

12 hours on and 12 hours off

My plant has root rot. How can I fix the issue?

34% hydrogen peroxide works great, killing the bad bacteria that spreads in the root zone. Using peroxide along with Enzymes Komplete™ needs the trademark symbolwill break down any dead root mass and will process it to organic food for the plant.

How do I tell if I burned my plants with fertilizer?
Burns can be shown as a crunchy tip of the leaf.
Is it necessary to aerate your water with nutrients?

Yes, if you plan on having a reservoir for several days, pumping air into the water will prevent bad microbe growth and prevent the water from going stagnant.

What does NPK mean in fertilizer?
Every label carries three conspicuous numbers, usually right above or below the product name. These three numbers form what is called the fertilizer’s N-P-K ratio — the proportion of three plant nutrients in order: nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K).
